I really can't believe it has taken me so long to write! I'm getting to the point where I have some orders for knitted things and can't seem to catch up! And what's even worse is I keep buying new books and yarns- I JUST CAN'T STOP!!!
I finished Michael's socks. He loves them and now I am even more addicted... I am almost finished with one sock I am knitting for my sister!
I also have 3 pairs of slippers to make for some friends who saw mine and LOVED them! I already made a pair for my mother and she LOVES them! I also bought about 20 buttons on a shopping spree at JoAnns... A dangerous aisle, that button aisle...
My slippers came out okay- I was paranoid about the back and my heel, so I think I sewed too much together. I have made and felted 3 more pairs already; I think I am going to put the slipper "business" on hold for now... I'm getting stressed by all these unfinished works.
On another note, I've got a custom leash order which is exciting too! I guess I kind of have to decide if I am knitting for myself or knitting as a saleswoman... with a full time job teaching, it's really difficult and I certainly don't want to start dreading knitting...
